OK, so three things:
1. Its smooth as fuck, and goes down easy.
2. It has the same opaque cloudiness as marijuana.
3. It comes in FLAVORS, so people smoking it smell like roses and mango rather than burnt prostitute.
So this brings me to my chief inquiry - why isn’t this stuff popular? Now, I understand the stigma about smoking being bad and whatnot for health reasons (which I agree with), and most importantly, the smell from tobacco is cause enough to ban the stuff. But in the context of shisha, I can totally see this taking root as some neo-social tool. The bar I was at had nearly every patron sharing a hookah among a group of people, and the lack of rotten-tar breath in the air allows for some calm, interesting conversation.
Can’t say I will turn this into a habit, but I respect it way more after the experience. Death to cigarettes as usual.
